Vitalvida Graduate Trainee Program

Whether you're a recent graduate or a young professional looking to break into a fast-growing consumer brand, our intensive 90-day program is designed to transform you into an industry-ready operator across the entire business. Cohort 1 starts 1 June 2026. Applications close 30 April. Together, we build the next generation of operators behind one of Nigeria's fastest-growing brands.

No prior industry experience needed.

What we need: discipline, strong work ethic, hunger to be better, humility, and a great attitude.

Why this program exists

From potential to realisation.

Nigeria has thousands of brilliant graduates with real hunger to do well, but who still start sentences with a small letter, or struggle to write a clean email. Things they should have been polished on long before university. That gap is not a verdict on you. It is what this program is here to fix.

We take that hunger and we polish it. We move you from potential to realisation, but only if you bring the right ingredients to the table.

At Vitalvida, you power your progress as we grow.

What you bring
  • + Discipline
  • + Strong work ethic
  • + Hunger to be better
  • + Humility
  • + A great attitude
One honest warning. We are strict by design. Arrogance, bad attitude, or a refusal to be coached will get you exited from the program, fast and without drama. We are looking for race horses, not the comfortable. If that framing offends you, this program is not for you. If it excites you, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Our Training Approach
1
Expert-led Training

Learn directly from the people running Vitalvida: the founder, department heads, senior operators. Real practitioners. Real experience. No academic theory.

2
Hands-on Learning

Take real calls. Handle real escalations. Reconcile real payments. Write real ad creatives. By Week 4 you are contributing to live operations.

3
Real-World Projects

Redesign a delivery escalation flow. Test five new ad hooks. Build a reconciliation report. Real challenges. Real impact. No case studies.

4
Comprehensive Curriculum

Telesales, Logistics, Inventory, Finance, HR, Operations, Growth & Creative. Seven departments. Six foundation subjects.

5
Work-Readiness Assessment

At the end of the programme: written exam + practical simulation + panel interview. Top performers join Vitalvida full-time at ₦200,000+ pension inclusive, ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Actually Learn

Every trainee rotates through all seven departments in turn. By the end of the programme, you understand how a real consumer brand actually runs from end to end, not just one slice of it.

01
Telesales
  • Negotiation and objection handling
  • Closing psychology and customer rapport
  • Reading scripts without sounding scripted
  • Handling abusive or difficult callers calmly
02
Logistics & DA Operations
  • Dispatch agent (DA) onboarding and management
  • Last-mile delivery economics and routing
  • Escalation handling when deliveries fail
  • Fraud prevention at the delivery layer
03
Inventory
  • Stock movement, receipts, and custody
  • Daily and weekly variance reconciliation
  • Multi-state inventory tracking
  • Identifying and stopping silent leakage
04
Finance & Reconciliation
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) reconciliation discipline
  • Matching payments to deliveries, day by day
  • Spotting fraud patterns in transactions
  • Building daily, weekly, and monthly reports
05
HR & People Operations
  • Hiring, onboarding, and performance review cycles
  • Culture enforcement (the unglamorous part)
  • Conflict resolution between team members
  • Documenting and exiting underperformers
06
Operations
  • Systems thinking across the whole business
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI rhythm
  • Cross-functional execution under pressure
  • Identifying and removing operational bottlenecks
07
Growth & Creative
The growth engine
  • Media buying basics: Meta, TikTok, Google
  • Creative production: hooks, scripts, daily content rhythm
  • Reading cost-per-lead, cost-per-order, and hit-rate
  • Running structured creative experiments that scale
Plus: Compulsory Foundation

Six subjects every trainee must master.

These are not optional. They are the foundation we believe every Vitalvida operator stands on, regardless of which department you eventually join.

01
Systems Thinking

Seeing the whole business as one connected system, not a stack of departments.

02
Critical Thinking

Asking the second and third question, not stopping at the first answer.

03
Integrity

Doing the right thing when nobody is watching. Especially when nobody is watching.

04
Situational Awareness

Reading the room. Reading the customer. Reading the moment.

05
Goal Pursuit

Setting a target, owning it, hitting it. Without supervision.

06
Communication

Writing a clean email. Speaking clearly under pressure. Saying the hard thing kindly.

And the things people don't think to teach you

Workplace etiquette and personal polish.

We polish the small things that quietly close doors before you ever know they were open. Not because you should have known, but because nobody told you, and we will.

Written communication. Capitalising sentences. Capitalising names. Writing emails that read professional, not text-message casual.
Phone and meeting etiquette. Greeting first. Listening before responding. Not interrupting. Closing a call cleanly.
🕐
Punctuality and presence. 10am means 9:55am. Replying within hours, not days. Showing up the way professionals do.
👔
Workplace dress and grooming. Looking the part for the office, for client visits, and for video calls.
🤝
How to disagree well. Pushing back without being rude. Receiving feedback without being defensive.
📱
Digital professionalism. How your WhatsApp profile, LinkedIn, and email signature reflect on the brand.
